The rooms are bright and wonderful and complete with exotic, especially the AC and a good view. The staff are very attentive, nothing too much trouble. The service is good, includes small parking. It offers early check-in.

The hotel is quiet with extremely friendly employees at reception desk. The room I booked was kept clean and available with the bathroom and many things especially the AC, as example. The location was favourable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cairo Square. There were shopping centers and a market around the venue. The place was reasonably priced.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location just next door to the biggest malls and the Faysalia tower. Furthermore, near many GOOD attractions. Staff were helpful, room was spotlessly clean with normal quality. There was plenty of great meals.

The room was impeccably clean and brand-new when upgraded with the exotic and a good view and many things especially the AC. The location was perfect and excellent in the center of Riyadh. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with Indian dishes.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the Olaya district. The location is fantastic, situated in a classy area with beautiful nearby restaurants within walking distance. The value for money was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff, especially at the front desk, were friendly and provided good service. I also enjoyed the basic amenities provided, like the wifi and breakfast. The rooms, although they had a few issues, were comfortable and had a view of the Faysalia tower.

Some areas could be improved, but overall, my experience was satisfactory.

The hotel was ideal and immaculately clean, big size rooms. I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with many things especially the AC, flowers, shower. Excellent staff at reception desk, as expected. The food for breakfast was excellent and outstanding.

Stayed here for business stay and can recommend it. The hotel was located adjacent to city center and Kingdom Centre and Al Faisaliyah tower and the National library.

The hotel exceeded my expectations during my recent city break. The room was comfortable and spacious, equipped with an LCD TV and a selection of complimentary hot beverages. I also appreciated the large bathroom and the provided toiletries. Best of all, the location was amazing! The hotel was situated in a convenient area close to many restaurants and shopping malls, making it easy to get around and explore the city. the staff were friendly and always willing to help.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The check-in process was a bit slow, and there was only one staff member available at the reception desk.

I liked the location, this is my third time i stay in this hotel.

When i arrived i find out that the room is not clean properly. Plus there was an employee (name Helmy), this person was very rude and does not know how to talk, i asked a question and his answer was like he is investigate with me.....!!!!! i suggest that he should take some courses about how to deal with customers.
